As your rental partner, transparent communication and clear expectations for our partners takes the utmost priority. Our Owner Relations Manager is dedicated to getting to know you and understanding your needs and goals. Our Owner Relations team closely monitors the quality of rental units to ensure consistency in quality and proactively recommends upgrades and/or replacements to ensure peak rental performance.

Spectrum is the exclusive onsite rental manager at The Beach Club and Turquoise Place, and our Owner Relations team is the most knowledgeable about the needs and expectations of our rental partners as a result.

From daily monitoring of your rental revenue to timely communication, our team is dedicated to providing our Rental Partners a worry and hassle-free ownership experience through:

  • A dedicated onsite Owner Relations Manager to handle all of your ownership needs
  • Onsite presence 7 days a week/365 days a year
  • Proactive communication providing the information you need, when you need it
  • Maintenance work order system with before and after photos of work performed
  • Prompt monthly owner statements prepared by accounting department that includes rental revenue and onsite resort charges
  • Quarterly financial performance updates with customized forecasts
  • Monthly “Beach Currents” publications that include property performance, the latest news and helpful information
  • Semi-annual Rental Partner newsletters with company and property wide information, pertinent owner updates and more.
  • Customized Annual Report with unit specific revenue information including year-over-year comparison, data about the individual property as well as some key marketing metrics and professional recommendations on how to increase revenue and guest satisfaction
  • Monthly financial snapshots with month-over-month performance, year to date performance, and owner night usage.
  • Dedicated revenue management team proactively monitoring your rental performance
  • Guest supplies provided to manage your unit in a professional manner: housekeeping, linens and guest room amenities (soaps, shampoos, lotions, etc.)
  • Payment of all local lodging & sales taxes
  • Preparation of year-end tax reporting documents
