Similar to rental management, Spectrum Resorts chooses to provide association management services only at The Beach Club and Turquoise Place. Our proactive, partnership-based approach to managing association business activities focuses on preserving the value of each owner’s investment. Effective communication and professionalism serve as the foundation for working with the board of directors and owner communities. Our association managers are CAM certified and understand the requirements of successful association management. Due to our unique position as the original developer of The Beach Club and Turquoise Place, Spectrum has intimate knowledge of the buildings systems and long-term relationships with local vendors.

Provide 24/7 availability for maintenance needs; implement preventative maintenance programs; conduct regular property inspections; monitor vendor performance; maintain building systems; obtain and negotiate bids from multiple vendors for special projects; monitor vendor contract compliance and performance


clean all resort common areas (tower lobbies, corridors, parking areas, etc.)

Fiscal Management:

generate and distribute detailed monthly and annual financial reports; prepare annual budgets and forecasts; administer billing and collection of dues; prepare tax returns; establish and maintain bank accounts


monitor and follow up on delinquent accounts; ensure rules and regulations enforcement; attend all board meetings; review and administer insurance; draft and publish quarterly association newsletters; maintain association files and records
