Spectrum Resorts team members may voluntarily use the Team Member Shout-Out Line to recognize coworkers for great service, teamwork, guest support, positive workplace contributions, or other internal recognition.
To participate, text SHOUTOUT to (251) 278-2374. After receiving the confirmation message, send your coworker shout-out to the same number.
By texting SHOUTOUT, you consent to receive SMS replies from Spectrum Resorts related only to the Team Member Shout-Out Line, including enrollment confirmation, submission confirmations, HELP responses, and STOP confirmations.
Message frequency varies based on your use of the line. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Participation is voluntary and is not a condition of employment or any employment-related benefit.
Shout-out submissions are forwarded to Spectrum Resorts Human Resources for review before any internal sharing or recognition. This program is not used for marketing, sales promotions, guest messaging, third-party advertising, lead generation, or public communications.
